Team Member Profile

Elaine Moore is the Office Manager at Precision Painting & Decorating and more importantly, our President Aaron's mother. Elaine is an experienced Office Manager with over 40 years of office management experience, as well as a past business owner, which has allowed her to bring her numerous attributes to PPD for the past 8 years. Elaine works in all aspects of daily office functions at Precision Painting. As the company has grown, Elaine has become adept at implementing office procedures to expedite work and improve operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Precision Painting, Elaine was a minority partner and was in charge of daily operations for DMD Marketing, a promotional marketing company. Elaine was instrumental in building the company from a start-up to a company in the top 10% of the Promotional Products Industry.

Elaine was born into a military family while they were stationed in Shirley, Massachusetts. She lived in several states as well as Japan. After her father's retirement from the Army, the family settled in Berwyn, Illinois, and Elaine has spent most of her life in the Chicagoland area. In addition to her position at Precision Painting, she is Grandma to 8 grandchildren, all between the ages of 3 and 9 (4 in Bozeman, Montana; 2 in Carol Stream, IL; and 2 in Quito, Ecuador). Elaine loves to spend time with her family, friends, and her 4-legged companion. Elaine's happy place is being with her grandchildren - wherever they are!
